Richie Williams came home to the Paragould School District as Director of Bands in 2007. Since that time, he has become what many refer to as the Nick Saban of band directors--building one of the most successful programs in the state of Arkansas and recognized across the nation. The Paragould Pride Marching Band has now won the Arkansas state championship a record six consecutive seasons!
Richie has a passion for the people of Paragould. He claims that excellence is not a geographic phenomenon and that anything can be accomplished, anywhere, as long as you’re willing to put the time, effort, and energy into it.

During his military career, Ted received a variety of badges and medals, most notably the Bronze Star Medal & Airman's Medal. David began his career as a State Trooper in 1984. During his first year, David was ordered by his post sergeant to play Santa at their Christmas party. Although he enjoyed the experience he didn't put the outfit back on until 2009. It was at that time he realized how much joy he could bring children, and after retiring in 2015 he decided to become Santa full-time and bring joy and laughter to young and old alike during each Christmas season.
